Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with a strong background in the plastic and paper manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in handling non-branded product sales, achieving sales targets, and developing pricing strategies. This role requires excellent communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a keen understanding of market trends.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and marketing activities within the assigned territory.

  • Successfully manage and sell non-branded products.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.

  • Ensure competitive pricing strategies.

  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the plastic and paper manufacturing industry.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Strong knowledge of product pricing and market dynamics.

  • Must possess a valid GCC driving license.

  • Fluency in English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil (Arabic is an added advantage).

  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening and body language interpretation.

  • Presentable, self-driven, and results-oriented with strong time management skills.

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

  • MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.

Job Offer Details:

  • Contract Duration: 1 Year (Renewable upon mutual agreement)

  • Location: Bahrain

  • Salary Range: Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 75,000 per month (Based on experience)

  • Additional Benefits: Commission on target achievement, car (upon obtaining Bahrain driving license), fuel allowance, mobile, and bachelor accommodation.

  • Fresher Considered: No
