Sales Executive

Are you a driven sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Bahrain.

About the Role:

  1. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients.
  2. You will work closely with our management team to develop and execute sales strategies that meet business targets.
  3. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities in the local market.
  • Key Accounts Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to drive growth.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional support and service to clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Regularly update sales performance and market insights to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Electronics or Home Appliances industry.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Arabic.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
