Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and motivatedBusiness Development Associateto join our sales team. In this role, you will play a vital part in identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities that directly impact the growth ofCTM360and its Digital Risk Protection (DRP) solutions.

As a key member of the sales team, you will work closely with prospects across various industries, using structured outbound strategies and product expertise to guide them through the sales cycle—from initial contact to successful closure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Demonstrations

  • Conduct engaging and informative product demos tailored to client needs
  • Clearly communicate the value and capabilities of the CTM360 platform

2. Prospect Engagement & Pipeline Management

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify leads, identify key decision-makers, and nurture relationships
  • Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline with clear follow-up and conversion strategies

3. Outbound Sales Execution

  • Implement structured outbound sales campaigns targeting assigned geographies
  • Research and identify new business opportunities and high-potential leads
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in IT or cybersecurity)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience with SaaS or security technologies is a strong plus

Skills & Attributes

  • Fast learner with the ability to grasp technical products and market positioning
  • Strong presentation and communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Solid understanding of B2B sales processes, pipeline management, and negotiation
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented
