Urgent Requirement: Salesforce Business Analyst for Telecom Client in Bahrain

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with expertise in B2B Sales implementations and Order Automation within telecom and Siebel projects for our client in Bahrain.

  1. Experience: Minimum 5 years of recent Business Analyst experience with Salesforce, specifically in Communications Cloud within the telecom industry.
  2. Technical Skills: Proven experience in automating order-to-cash processes in telecom using Salesforce, including automation of sales and order processes via Salesforce Flow or Process Builder.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Strong telecom domain experience, especially related to B2B sales and order automation challenges.
  4. Salesforce Product Expertise: Deep understanding of Salesforce Communications Cloud and familiarity with other Salesforce products.
  5. Business Process & Automation: Ability to analyze, document, and optimize business processes, with experience in process re-engineering and automation of sales and order processes, including quote generation, order management, contract lifecycle, and invoicing.
  6. Requirements Gathering: Skilled in eliciting, documenting, and analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, user stories, and use cases.
  7. Solution Mapping & Stakeholder Management: Capable of working with system integrators to ensure solutions meet RFP requirements, with excellent communication skills to manage stakeholders and expectations.
  8. Problem Solving & Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to identify issues, analyze processes, and propose innovative solutions.
