Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Creative Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong creative eye, deep knowledge of social media trends, and the organizational ability to bring ideas to life through well-managed productions. The Creative Coordinator will be responsible for managing and overseeing creative projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining a high standard of quality. Daily tasks include coordinating with various teams, managing project timelines, and contributing to graphic design and video production efforts. Strong communication skills will be essential for facilitating smooth operations across departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead creative strategy across campaigns, ensuring alignment with the latest social media trends and booming concepts.
  • Manage and coordinate production teams, ensuring smooth workflow, timely delivery, and quality control.
  • Oversee video production, from concept to post-production, with the ability to analyze footage for strengths and weaknesses.
  • Coordinate with designers, videographers, and social media managers to deliver compelling multi-platform campaigns.
  • Ensure all creative outputs meet brand standards while staying ahead of industry innovations.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in creative direction, media coordination, Video Production, or content production.
  • Strong knowledge of current social media platforms, trends, and viral content strategies.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills to manage production schedules, teams, and deliverables.
  • A critical eye for detail with the ability to evaluate creative work and video content quality.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Communication and Project Management skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in a related field are a plus.
