Job Brief
- Academic Qualification (Formal Education): Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or BE in Computer Science and Engineering.
- Full-Time employment.
- Professional Training Required: Microsoft Power BI, Data Analyst tools, Reporting Tools like Tableau, MicroStrategy.
- Professional Certifications Required: Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate, Azure Database Administrator Associate, or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years with Microsoft BI Stack (Power BI, SSRS, T-SQL), developing reports, dashboards, KPI scorecards, and data transformation.
- Understanding of Banking and Financial products, data, and regulatory reporting (3+ years).
Job Responsibilities
- Develop Power BI reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using Power BI or similar tools like SAP/SAS VIYA.
- Understand business objectives, define performance metrics, and drive data-driven strategies.
- Assess processes and develop dashboards and report insights.
- Design methodology, data modeling, and project documentation.
- Coordinate between stakeholders and teams for BI report requirements and data dependencies.
- Communicate and collaborate with other departments.
