Role

  • We are a leading tech implementation practice committed to delivering innovative, robust software solutions utilizing both Low-Code platforms and traditional development practices. We are currently seeking an experienced Tech Lead proficient in Low-Code platforms, particularly OutSystems, with additional expertise in traditional full-stack development.
  • As a Tech Lead specializing in Low-Code development, you will guide the design, development, and deployment of scalable, enterprise-level applications leveraging platforms like OutSystems. You will lead a development team, ensuring best practices in both low-code and traditional development methodologies, driving technical excellence, and innovation across various projects.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the complete lifecycle development and deployment of low-code solutions using OutSystems.
  • Architect robust solutions integrating low-code platforms with traditional software development methodologies.
  • Manage the integration of applications with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), handling deployments through APIs and cloud-native technologies.
  • Provide mentorship and technical leadership, guiding developers on OutSystems best practices, code optimization, and deployment.
  • Continuously evaluate new technologies and approaches in low-code and traditional development to maintain innovation and efficiency.

The Individual

  • Minimum of 5 years of software development experience, including at least 2 years as a Tech Lead.
  • Proven track record in developing and deploying applications using OutSystems or comparable low-code platforms.
  • Extensive experience with traditional full-stack development practices.
  • Hands-on experience integrating and deploying applications to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proficiency in API-driven integrations and microservices architecture.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in full-stack development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, .NET, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in low-code platforms, primarily OutSystems.
  • Ability to architect, scale, and maintain complex enterprise applications.
