Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead proficient in Low-Code platforms, particularly Out Systems, with additional expertise in traditional full-stack development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the complete lifecycle development and deployment of low-code solutions using Out Systems
  • Architect robust solutions integrating low-code platforms with traditional software development methodologies
  • Manage the integration of applications with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), handling deployments through APIs and cloud-native technologies
  • Provide mentorship and technical leadership, guiding developers on Out Systems best practices, code optimization, and deployment
  • Continuously evaluate new technologies and approaches in low-code and traditional development to maintain innovation and efficiency

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of software development experience, including at least 2 years as a Tech Lead
  • Proven track record in developing and deploying applications using Out Systems or comparable low-code platforms
  • Extensive experience with traditional full-stack development practices
  • Hands-on experience integrating and deploying applications to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Proficiency in API-driven integrations and microservices architecture
