What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will support the Housekeeping Department by ensuring the upkeep and cleanliness of the entire hotel. Specifically, a Housekeeping Supervisor will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

  1. Allocate work duties to Team Members
  2. Perform routine inspections of all check-out rooms and spot checks of all occupied rooms
  3. Report and follow up on any maintenance defects or other issues
  4. Inspect service areas, store rooms, and corridors regularly
  5. Schedule and supervise deep cleaning and other projects
  6. Manage and train Room Attendants and other Team Members to ensure performance standards are met
  7. Manage stock control and the maintenance of equipment efficiently
  8. Provide excellent Guest service, including VIP and other special requirements
  9. Ensure adherence to hotel brand standards at all times
What are we looking for?

Housekeeping Supervisors serving Hilton Brand hotels are always working on behalf of our Guests and collaborating with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

  • Previous experience in a Housekeeping supervisory role
  • A successful track record of managing a team
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest service
  • Proficiency with computers and programs, including Microsoft Office, is preferred
