Key Account Executive

Delivery Point is seeking a dynamic Key Account Executive to lead high-impact projects, foster client trust, and ensure operational excellence across our portfolio.

As a Key Account Executive, you'll be at the heart of our operations—ensuring seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within organization work scope and within budget.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Following up on the upcoming deadlines for the running projects assignments and emphasize the importance of meeting the deadlines.
• Measure & compare projects metrics.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets in order to achieve project objectives
• Provides coverage and performs duties and/or functions whenever Operations Supervisor is scheduled off, on vacation.
• Conduct surveys to determine current or future client needs and requirements
• Monitor the performance of project personnel to identify areas that require improvement.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal finesse
• A bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related discipline.
