Overview

We're looking for a seasoned Clinical Application Analyst to lead the configuration, optimization, and support of our Cerner Millennium environment. You'll work closely with clinical, administrative, and technical teams to streamline workflows, integrate solutions, and ensure our systems run like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and support Cerner Millennium applications, with a focus on PowerChart, PharmNet, and Supply Chain.
  • Build and optimize modules in CPOE, PharmNet, Supply Chain, and Registration & Scheduling (preferred).
  • Provide integration support and troubleshoot cross-application issues, including optional modules such as BMDI and Radiology.
  • Analyze and enhance clinical workflows for efficiency and compliance.
  • Develop comprehensive project documentation and deliver end-user training.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support system upgrades, testing, and go-lives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience with Cerner Millennium, including PowerChart, PharmNet, and Supply Chain.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Cerner certification preferred.
  • Experience in solution integration and clinical workflow design strongly desired.
