Looking for a Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategy, leading marketing campaigns, evaluating marketing performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

  1. Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to the marketing plan.
  2. Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads.
  3. Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings.
  4. Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies.
  5. Track the performance of all marketing campaigns.
  6. Develop and implement the marketing strategy.
  7. Use data and insights to define the strategy.
  8. Work cross-functionally with various departments to ensure key objectives are achieved.
  9. Utilize the full marketing mix to ensure brand growth.
  10. Manage and build relationships with external vendors.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing or a business-related discipline.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of impactful experience in a digital/traditional marketing managerial capacity, preferably within the FMGC and/or retail industry.
  3. Proven track record of achieving brand growth and driving business profitability.
  4. A result-oriented professional with an understanding of business and financial considerations.
  5. Dynamic, self-motivated, and hands-on approach to leadership.
  6. Strong creative thinking coupled with excellent analytical skills.
  7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  8. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  9. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
