Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on managing our social media presence, engaging with clients, and developing comprehensive marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for communication, creativity, and a strong understanding of digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Management:
    • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
    • Create engaging content that resonates with our audience and promotes our brand.
    • Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize performance and engagement.
  2. Client Interaction:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and objectives.
    • Conduct client meetings and presentations to discuss project updates, strategies, and results.
  3. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare regular reports on social media performance, campaign effectiveness, and overall marketing initiatives.
    • Analyze data to inform decision-making and refine marketing strategies.
    • Present findings and recommendations to management and clients.
  4. Strategy Development:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing plans that align with client objectives.
    • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in marketing initiatives.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance our services.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in marketing communications, with a focus on social media.
  3. Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  6. Proficiency in analytics tools and reporting software.
  7. Experience in client relationship management is a plus.
