Responsibilities:

  1. Day-to-day administrative tasks
  2. Managing office operations
  3. Maintaining records
  4. Managing the general ledger, reviewing financial statements, preparing financial reports, and assisting with audits and budgeting processes
  5. Bank account management and reconciliation
  6. Credit card management, including transaction entry and reconciliation for 4 accounts
  7. Handling accounts payable, including bill entry, loans, credit cards, etc.
  8. Tracking and reporting expenses, primarily via credit cards and bills
  9. Processing payments such as wires, bills, and checks
  10. Managing cash flow and funding requests
  11. Performing balance sheet reconciliations for various investments
  12. Payroll management for household and office staff
  13. Preparing and tracking payments to suppliers and vendors, including cheque and cash payments
  14. Tracking and recording real estate income, including month-end close and other accounting needs
  15. Reconciliation of various corporate and personal accounts
  16. Collaborating with external accountants and audit firms for audits and tax preparations
  17. Managing the CEO's personal and business finances, including payments, aging reports, cash flow, collections, disbursements, and trust accounting
  18. Performing general administrative duties such as preparing communications, reporting to the CEO regularly, answering calls, and attending meetings
  19. Renewal of licenses such as LMRA, SIO, MOIC

Salary: 500 to 650 BHD
