Job Description
  1. Supervision of Housekeeping Staff
    • Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to team members.
    • Train, mentor, and monitor staff to uphold high standards.
    • Conduct inspections to ensure effective cleaning.
  2. Operational Management
    • Create and update cleaning schedules for all areas.
    • Manage inventory of supplies and equipment; place orders as needed.
    • Coordinate with other departments for special cleaning requests.
  3. Quality Assurance
    • Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and hygiene.
    • Address guest complaints and concerns.
    • Implement improvements in cleaning processes and staff performance.
  4. Health and Safety Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Train staff on chemical handling, equipment use, and protective gear.
    • Report hazards, maintenance issues, or accidents promptly.
  5. Team Coordination
    • Schedule staff shifts for adequate coverage.
    • Hold team meetings for communication and updates.
    • Maintain a positive work environment.
  6. Record Keeping and Reporting
    • Maintain logs of activities, inventory, and performance.
    • Prepare operational reports for management.
    • Report lost and found items as per policy.
