Position Summary

Serve as a key resource for all recreation activities facilitated on the property. Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities, including pools, beach, entertainment zone/game-room, fitness center, and child activities center. Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests for recreation activities. Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere and ensure safety by communicating rules and regulations. Respond appropriately to emergencies, assist injured guests, and maintain facilities and equipment. Handle cashier services, support private functions, and ensure safety and cleanliness. Follow safety protocols, company policies, and maintain professional appearance. Develop positive guest relationships, process payments, and support team goals. Perform various physical tasks and duties as required.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D.

Related Work Experience: None required

Supervisory Experience: None required

Required Qualifications

CPR Certification

First Aid Certification

Recreation Equipment Certification or training as required by local/state agencies
