Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Engineering Project Coordinator based in Bahrain. This role involves overseeing and coordinating both Civil and MEP aspects of engineering and construction projects on a day-to-day basis. The ideal candidate will support project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost-efficiency.

An understanding of technical equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot or a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage engineering and construction activities across civil and MEP disciplines
  • Support project planning, execution, and documentation
  • Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project flow
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Prepare and maintain project reports, schedules, and documentation
  • Troubleshoot equipment or demonstrate willingness to learn new systems and technologies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
  • Proven experience in engineering project coordination
  • Strong knowledge of project engineering, construction management, and site supervision
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly, take ownership, and work independently
  • Flexible to work varied hours based on project needs
  • Must be available for full-time, on-site work in Bahrain
