Responsibilities include:

  1. Develop and implement marketing and sales policies to develop local certification services.
  2. Review client contracts against the BVC Verification Business Risk Assessment, identifying additional risks.
  3. Identify and prospect potential customers for certification.
  4. Understand client needs and recommend appropriate certification offerings.
  5. Explain benefits and value propositions of management system certifications to clients.
  6. Gather information from potential clients and propose contract reviews based on this data.
  7. Prepare and present proposals and sales presentations to clients.
  8. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment arrangements.
  9. Maintain a good understanding of management system certification standards, industry trends, competitors, and changes in certification requirements.
  10. Provide post-sale support and address client queries or concerns.
  11. Track and report sales metrics such as pipeline, closed deals, and revenue.
  12. Maintain records and documentation of client interactions and sales activities.

Working experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years of B2B experience. Basic knowledge of certifications is mandatory.
