We are looking for a results-driven ICT Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of ICT products and services and possesses excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for ICT solutions (hardware, software, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients
  • Understand client requirements and tailor ICT solutions to meet their business needs
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotes, and contracts
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends, products, and market conditions
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in ICT, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in ICT sales or a similar sales role (B2B preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, software solutions, or cloud technologies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business benefits
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Preferred:

  • Experience in sectors like managed services, or enterprise IT sales
