Job Description
- Answer the telephone as per Raffles brand standards and telephone etiquette guidelines.
- Monitor Message Box task completion assigned to the butler team.
- Execute all mise-en-place duties and responsibilities as directed, on time, according to standards.
- Set up and prepare private dining condiments, utensils, and trays per departmental standards.
- Adhere to the guest recognition program by being familiar with guest names and greeting them accordingly.
- Present food and beverages maintaining departmental standards to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Enquire about guest satisfaction with food, beverages, and service, communicating directly with guests.
- Have thorough knowledge of the menu, drinks list, and wine list; respond to guest inquiries and up-sell appropriately.
- Ensure guest expectations are met or exceeded by providing efficient, friendly, and attentive service.
- Know all arrival lists in advance (7 days prior or upon reservation) and guest profiles, including preferences.
- Curate personalized experiences including hotel and city activities, bespoke services, and rituals.
- Follow-up on guest activities to ensure service quality.
- Monitor services to other departments and ensure scheduled requests are fulfilled.
Qualifications
- A passionate, positive personality with excellent attention to detail, able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Good organizational, problem-solving skills, and engagement with guests to anticipate needs.
- Commitment to exceeding performance standards.

- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.

- Good knowledge of Housekeeping Operations.
- Knowledge of Opera Property Management System preferred.
- Curiosity and listening skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English.
