Roles and Responsibilities:

  • The Bar Manager is responsible for achieving a comprehensive knowledge of all relevant E-Campus modules and BTC procedures, including Daily Concept Workflow.
  • Lead and guide your team through BTC, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment.
  • Oversee team positioning, training of Juicers and Shift Managers, ensuring high standards by leading by example and employing a 4-Wall Leadership mindset.
  • Plan and delegate daily tasks within the team, working closely with Shift Managers to develop a structured shift plan.
  • Maintain a solid Daily Concept Workflow with balanced stations, low average waiting times, and high product quality through effective team positioning.
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing and Supply Chain team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage stock control within the bar, including weekly counts, delivery reporting, and maintaining a stable waste percentage.
  • Work actively with weekly reports such as the BM report and Re-Count to ensure proper stock levels and respectful stock handling.
