About Us

We are seeking an ICT Specialist to join our team.

This role is responsible for driving business growth by supporting the sales team with expertise in ICT/telecom solutions.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with potential clients to understand their unique requirements and present compelling proposals that align with their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients in the B2B sector.
  2. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' telecom infrastructure requirements.
  3. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop comprehensive telecom solutions.
  4. Design and deliver engaging presentations to clients showcasing the value proposition of our telecom products and services.
  5. Develop customized proposals based on client needs.
  6. Work closely with the technical team to ensure proposed solutions meet client specifications.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
  8. Provide clients with expert advice on telecom, ICT/ELV solutions addressing technical queries and concerns.
  9. Foster effective communication and collaboration between the Pre-Sales and Sales teams.
  10. Participate in internal meetings to share market insights and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  11. Monitor the telecom market identifying potential business opportunities and challenges.
  12. Analyze competitors' offerings and market trends to inform strategy.
  13. Participate in RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs liaising with sales and Products team to provide feedback from clients about product requirements.
  14. Ensure architecture and design governance across the design and delivery of required services.
  15. Maintain end-to-end design documentation up to date.
  16. Build and maintain professional relationships with local and international ICT /ELV solutions providers.
  17. Cooperate with external partners to create new business opportunities within the B2B sector.
Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field is required.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B in a Pre-Sales or similar role within the telecom industry is essential.

Essential Skills

A strong understanding of telecom technologies, networks, and solutions along with ELV Solutions is necessary.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.

Excellent presentation skills are essential.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
