Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Executive, Client Care Centre Sales to join our team and drive client acquisition through proactive outbound calling. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong communication skills, customer focus, and a passion for delivering value-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet business targets set by the Wealth and Retail Banking (WRB) function.
- Conduct outbound calls to acquire and convert customers.
- Promote and sell bundled product offerings, with a focus on Personal Loans (PL).
- Achieve individual sales targets through needs-based and responsible selling.
- Deepen customer relationships and maximize product penetration.
- Ensure error-free application and documentation processes.
- Comply with regulatory and internal guidelines including:
- Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
- Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)
- Escalate and resolve risk, compliance, and customer complaints appropriately.
- Maintain high standards of operational quality and service excellence.
- Experience in sales, ideally within the banking or telecom sector.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- FAP 1 certification is preferred.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication.
