Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Barista role located in Manama at The English Rose Tea Room. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a range of hot and cold beverages, interacting with customers, maintaining cleanliness in the cafe, and delivering high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills and Communication
• Barista and Food Preparation skills
• Customer Service skills
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of English Afternoon Tea preparations is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
