Location: Bahrain & Occasional Travel to KSA

Position Overview

The Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation and management of internal projects, client onboarding, and crisis management initiatives. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, developing detailed project plans, and ensuring smooth handovers between teams. Strategic thinking, exceptional organisational skills, and adept stakeholder management are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Coordination

• Develop, implement, and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with agency objectives and deadlines.
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring seamless transition and clarity of deliverables to client teams.
• Facilitate the effective handover of service contracts from sales teams to operational and creative teams, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.

Crisis Management & Problem Solving

• Lead crisis management initiatives, proactively identifying risks and implementing robust mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the central point of communication during crises, coordinating rapid responses and managing stakeholder expectations.

Internal Business Projects

• Manage internal agency projects, including the development of new service lines and business development initiatives.
• Drive cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates and resolving issues promptly.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, ensuring key milestones are met and expectations managed.

Process Improvement & Best Practices

• Continuously assess and refine project management processes, introducing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement standardised tools and methodologies such as Gantt charts, time tracking, and workflow management to optimise project delivery.

Qualifications

• PMP certification or equivalent recognised project management qualification required.
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in project management, preferably within marketing or digital agency environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing comprehensive project plans, managing timelines, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement.
• Exceptional organisational, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Microsoft Project) and comfortable creating Gantt charts and detailed workflows.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.

Reporting Structure

Reports to: Directors

Coordinates with: Client Services Managers, Social Media Team, Digital Marketing Team, Production Manager, Production Team, Design Team.
