About Us

We are committed to compliance and regulatory excellence, and are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Officer to manage National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA) requirements and ensure smooth regulatory operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage NHRA regulatory affairs, including product classification, registration, and importation processes.
  2. Ensure compliance with NHRA regulations for medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare products.
  3. Prepare and submit regulatory documentation for approvals, renewals, and variations.
  4. Liaise with NHRA authorities, customs, and relevant stakeholders to facilitate importation and distribution.
  5. Stay updated on regulatory changes and advise the company accordingly.
  6. Assist in internal audits and compliance reviews to ensure adherence.
  7. Support warehouse operations with regulatory documentation and storage compliance.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in Bahrain.
  • Strong knowledge of NHRA product classification and import regulations.
  • Familiarity with regulatory submissions, approvals, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in warehouse regulatory compliance is an advantage.
  • Excellent English communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Candidates must be based in Bahrain.
  • Candidate must hold ROA certification.
