We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Regulatory Compliance Officer to join our team. As a Regulatory Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products comply with regulatory requirements and that all necessary documentation is in place. You will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory legislation and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with NHRA regulations and guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of product classification, manufacturing site registration, and product registration
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely submission of required documents
- Conduct regular quality checks on cold products from receipt to delivery
- Monitor temperature control mechanisms and hygiene standards in the warehouse
- Review technical and quality agreements with suppliers and customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
- Valid Pharmacist license
- 1+ years of experience in regulatory affairs within Bahrain preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and good English language proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/Oracle systems
