We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Area Supervisor to oversee the daily operations in our new Bahrain facility. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical experience and an in-depth understanding of our products. This role requires a hands-on leader with the ability to guide teams, ensure production quality, and proactively address operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day activities within a specific production area, ensuring efficiency, product quality, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Guide operators and technicians in the correct use of tools, processes, and assembly practices, ensuring compliance with product requirements.
  • Monitor product conformity and intervene effectively to resolve technical or process-related issues.
  • Support the development and training of production staff, fostering technical know-how and team performance.

Qualification and Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a production, preferably in the power generation sector.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of Pramac's product range.
  • Practical, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
