• Line Management functions: managing the business KPIs for each fiscal year, department budget, and quality management.

• Project Management: Initiation, Planning, Execution, and Control of assigned projects.

• Collaborate with Business Operational Department (BO) for periodic planning, dynamic resource allocation, staff recruitment, and development of specialist resources.

• Responsible for project budgets, contractual claims, and change management.

• Conduct regular project reviews with Group managers/engineers.

• Review Monthly Progress Reports of all assigned projects.

• Facilitate Project Kick-off Meetings and other key project milestones.

• Prioritize project team activities based on customer and management needs.

• Provide technical support to Sales Department as needed.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by Management.

• Quickly adapt to new technologies and resolve complex issues, formulating technical solutions with specialists.

• Communicate effectively across all organizational levels to define project requirements and manage the project lifecycle.

• Identify risks and issues, and recommend actions to management.

• Collaborate with managers and professionals to resolve technical issues and ensure closure.

• Offer expertise in planning, leading programs, and guiding team direction.

• Conduct formal customer reviews upon project completion to confirm satisfaction.


• BS / Masters degree in Chemical Engineering, Control Engineering, or Computer Science.

• Minimum of 15 years of experience managing APC/OTS/MES related projects within a product lifecycle environment.

• At least 5 years of personnel management experience, including performance management, development, and recruitment.
