Sales And Leasing / Brokerage Consultant

We are looking for a competent Sales & Leasing Consultant to undertake brokerage activities on behalf of the agency. The candidate will need to effectively scan the market to identify property listings towards building the agency's portfolio of residential and commercial properties. The candidate will need to actively attend to and successfully close on leads via property portals and other communication means.

Responsibilities:

  1. Actively scan the market towards generating listings and build the agency's property offerings.
  2. Present properties (Residential & Commercial) to prospective buyers & tenants.
  3. Assist landlords/property managers in leasing their listed properties.
  4. Promote vacant properties through property portals and other means.
  5. Coordinate with landlords/sellers & tenants/buyers towards achieving agreeable terms of transaction.
  6. Keep well-informed of periodic property changes/challenges/opportunities in the market.
  7. Promote the agency and its real estate offerings in a positive and dedicated manner.

Requirements:

  1. 2-5 years working experience in local real estate environment.
  2. Good knowledge of sales & leasing rules & regulations.
  3. Good track record of successful sales & leasing.
  4. Open to work diligently in the office and on-field.
  5. Good presentation and negotiation skills.
  6. Good computing skills and knowledge in property portals.
  7. Client-focused approach with good communication skills.
  8. Fluency in English / Arabic will be an advantage.
  9. Valid driving license.
  10. Valid RERA license will be an advantage.
