Role Overview

The COO of Parkpoint Group is responsible for transforming operations into a scalable, efficient, and commercially aligned engine across Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and future markets. This role owns the group's control room, operational KPIs, SOPs, cost efficiency, client retention, and site-level revenue enablement. While focused on internal execution, the COO is expected to remain outward-facing — reinforcing Parkpoint's differentiation, scalability, and reliability in strategic client and business development engagements.

The chief operating officer (COO) is a senior executive tasked with overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of a business. The COO typically reports directly to the Group Managing Director and is considered to be second in command. Skills required include strong analytical, managerial, communication, and leadership abilities.

Ideal Background & Traits
  • 10 to 15+ years in leadership roles in operations across sectors such as FM, logistics, hospitality, or regional retail
  • Experience scaling operations across multiple countries and enforcing SOP discipline
