About the Role

The President's Office Manager is a critical role at Reso University, responsible for providing exceptional support to the institution's leadership and ensuring the smooth operation of the president's office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and events for the president and other senior leaders.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the president's office, including correspondence, reports, and documents.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
  • Take, type, and distribute minutes of meetings.
  • Implement and maintain office systems.
  • Maintain schedules and calendars.
  • Arrange and confirm appointments.
  • Organize internal and external events.
  • Handle incoming mail and other material.
  • Set up and maintain filing systems.
  • Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information.
  • Liaise with internal and external contacts.
  • Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally.
  • Operate office equipment.
  • Manage office space.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a secretary role.
  • Excellent English and Arabic language skills.
  • Proficiency in computers and ability to learn new software applications.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to type 60 wpm.
  • Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Knowledge of business principles.
  • Proven experience of producing correspondence and documents.
