What You'll Do:
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and reach out to potential clients in healthcare, education, corporate, and retail sectors.
- Utilize various channels, including cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals, to generate high-quality leads.
- Understand client needs and align them with the right software or service solutions.
Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations
- Present and demonstrate our solutions, including medical software, school systems, HR platforms, mobile apps, and eCommerce websites.
- Tailor pitches to different industries, showcasing how our solutions solve specific problems.
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-lasting relationships with prospects and clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact throughout the sales process and ensure a smooth handover to the implementation team.
Closing Deals & Revenue Growth
- Develop proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and earn commission-based rewards.
Market Intelligence & Feedback
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback.
- Share market insights with the team to improve product offerings and strategies.
What We're Looking For:
Sales Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in software, technology, or service-based industries.
- Healthcare or education sector experience is a plus.
Industry Knowledge
- Basic understanding of IT systems, mobile and web development, and SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with hospital or school operations is advantageous.
Strong Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a strong plus.
- Ability to explain complex software solutions simply and compellingly.
Self-Driven & Target-Oriented
- Independent, proactive, and highly motivated.
- Comfortable working without a fixed salary and driven by performance-based incentives.
