As an Account Manager/Senior Account Manager in our MENAT Sales/Public Sector teams, you are driving digital transformations through effective engagement with C-level business and IT executives, IT leaders, architects, developers, and various lines of businesses. You are establishing Amazon Web Services as the key cloud technology provider across the accounts you manage, promoting the entire AWS products and services portfolio to Enterprise Customers.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Drive digital transformation through meaningful engagement with C-level executives, IT leaders, architects, developers, and various lines of businesses within your customers.
  2. In this role, you will represent the entire portfolio of AWS products and services across the accounts you manage within the Enterprise customer market segment.
  3. Drive revenue and increase market share in a defined set of accounts.
  4. Meet or exceed quarterly and Monthly revenue targets.
  5. Develop and execute a plan to grow the AWS footprint within your set of accounts.
  6. Manage numerous accounts concurrently & strategically.
  7. Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
  8. Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed sales engagements and successful go-to-market strategy to achieve customer outcomes.
  9. Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  10. Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
  11. Ensure customer satisfaction.
  12. Manage contract negotiations.
  13. Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bahraini Nationals Preferred
- 5-7+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience
- Experience in the middle east market with direct field experience supporting cloud adoption and substantial experience working with transformative technology including cloud, IoT, AI/ML, business intelligence, analytics
- Experience driving new business within net new and existing customers, engaging at the C-suite level
- Strong verbal and written communications skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- A technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- AWS technical qualifications (SA, specialist, etc)
