Urgent Hiring - Mechanical Engineer Centralized LPG System (CGS)

We are looking for a mechanical engineer to lead our sales and project team. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, exceptional leadership qualities, and a proven track record in B2B project sales and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the sales and project teams for the CGS division, ensuring optimal performance and team synergy.
  2. Drive project sales growth by converting leads, responding to inquiries, and securing new business.
  3. Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives and client requirements.
  4. Identify and acquire new opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.
  5. Engage and influence key decision-makers and stakeholders to position our CGS solutions effectively.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, execution) to ensure seamless project delivery.
  7. Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and present updates to senior management.
  8. Foster a high-performance culture through motivation, training, and team development.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  2. Minimum 10-15 years of experience in sales/project execution in the CGS field.
  3. Proven leadership experience in managing sales and technical teams.
  4. Strong understanding of centralized gas system design, standards, and project cycles.
  5. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  6. Strategic mindset with the ability to translate technical offerings into business value.

Salary Range: Best in market standard + company vehicle, fuel, chip, and family status.
