What is BPay?

BPay is a fiat money wallet built to support Binance's cryptocurrency business. It is designed as a fiat wallet to allow customers to hold and store their funds, enabling them to purchase cryptocurrencies on the Binance platform through verified, matching named accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Business Process Management: Work with process owners to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), adhering to the standard/framework within the operating office and operational risk team.
  • Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze business processes related to productivity, quality, and costs.
  • Present process performance reports and incorporate feedback.
  • Project Management: Identify gaps, recommend process improvements, and drive internal projects to optimize outcomes.
  • Coordinate business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee all aspects of implementing business process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to scale operations.
  • Manage communication with third-party partners (resolve customer issues, follow up on delays and pending items).
  • Serve as a key liaison between BPay departments and outsourced teams (Customer Service, KYC/KYB teams, etc.).

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Preferably with consulting experience, internal or external.
  • Hands-on experience in operational or business process management, preferably in financial services.
  • Strong coordination skills and strategic mindset for cross-team collaboration.
  • Proven stakeholder management experience.
  • Ability to identify and solve complex problems.
