Job Description

Business Analysis:

  • Requirements Gathering: Gathering and documenting detailed business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into user stories, and prioritizing them for development.
  • Process Analysis: Analyzing existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Solution Design: Designing and developing solutions that address business needs, considering both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Impact Analysis: Assessing the impact of proposed solutions on existing systems and processes.
  • Testing and Validation: Ensuring that developed solutions meet business requirements and are tested thoroughly.

Development:

  • Code Development: Writing code to implement solutions, following established coding standards and best practices.
  • Database Design: Designing and managing databases to store and retrieve data for business applications.
  • Software Development: Developing and maintaining software solutions, ensuring they are efficient, reliable, and scalable.
  • Integration: Integrating solutions with existing systems and applications.
  • Documentation: Writing and maintaining documentation for developed solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 8 years of experience (preferable in the Banking Industry)
  • Strong Microsoft CRM Application "On-Prem".
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Database.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Power BI and Power App.
  • Skills in Power Automate.
  • Experience in API development
  • Knowledge on Mendix for Mobile Application and WorkSpace.
  • Exposure to Microsoft DevOps.
  • Familiar with AI technologies and their use cases.
