We are looking for a highly organized and client-focused Operations Specialist to join our team in Manama. This role will be the first line of contact for all investor-related inquiries—ranging from affluent individuals to institutional clients—with the potential to grow into a Head of Operations role. You will support clients across their full lifecycle with ATME, from onboarding and KYC to deposits, withdrawals, transaction tracking, and reporting. Your role will require coordination with legal, compliance, and finance teams to ensure smooth, compliant operations and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, onboarding, and platform navigation
  • Guide clients through onboarding, including KYC/AML documentation submission, verification, and compliance checks
  • Collaborate with Compliance to manage due diligence, documentation, and approvals
  • Support operational processes including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and transactions management.
  • Manage client support tickets, calls, and platform-related questions with professionalism and clarity
  • Track client activity, ensure accurate reporting, and deliver operational statements as needed
  • Identifying and promptly escalating any suspicious activity observed during client interactions or transaction monitoring to the Compliance Function
  • Resolve issues promptly while maintaining a client-first approach and high service standards
  • Contribute to internal process improvements to enhance the investor experience.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to solve operational challenges and improve processes
  • Implement best practices to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and overall investor experience
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and data insights to stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years of experience in similar roles in financial services or fintech operations (digital asset experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of KYC/AML processes, onboarding, and compliance operations.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to coordinate across departments and manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Candidates with prior experience in client-facing operational roles at regulated crypto or fintech companies. Strong document management, stakeholder communication, and KYC expertise are key to success in this role.
