About the Role

This role will be part of Zain Bahrain's Subsidiary Fintech Company - "Bede". Bede, the fintech arm of Zain Bahrain, is a dynamic startup revolutionizing personal finance through Bahrain's first Shariah-compliant Islamic financing app. Licensed and regulated by the Central Bank of Bahrain, Bede is committed to creating an inclusive platform that offers practical solutions tailored to real customer needs.

With a focus on customer centricity, strategic partnerships, and digital innovation, Bede aims to guide individuals toward growth and success by leveling the playing field for all.

Manager - Marketing Job Purpose: To overlook and lead Bede's Marketing Communication team participating in launching ATL, BTL & digital marketing strategies and implement them effectively and efficiently in order to promote the brand, associated messages, products & services of the company to achieve their business objectives.

What We Need From You
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Media, Marketing, Business or any related field.
  2. Experience: 8-10 years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Technical Skills:
    • Design Skills: Adobe Suite, Canva.
    • Strong in marketing, branding, advertising, and social media.
    • Skilled in product campaign management.
    • Customer-centric understanding.
Job Responsibilities:
  1. Brand Management: responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company's brand image and identity. This involves developing and communicating clear brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals and tonality across all communication channels, and monitoring brand perception among customers.
  2. Marketing Strategy Development: lead the marketing communication team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
  3. Integrated Marketing Campaigns: To conceptualize, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media and offline promoting products and services.
  4. Lead Content Creation: To oversee the creation of compelling and relevant content calendar for marketing materials, including but not limited to owned website, social media channels, email newsletters, and other indirect channels.
  5. Paid and Organic Advertising: To plan and execute advertising campaigns across various media channels, such as but not limited to TV and video productions, Social, radio, google display ads, and out of home billboards and digital screens.
  6. Monitor and manage the production and distribution of different marketing materials and collaterals across all channels.
  7. Event Management: To organize and manage corporate events, trade shows, conferences, and webinars to showcase the company's products and services, engage with customers and partners, and generate leads.
  8. Develop and manage both SEM & SEO strategy & align with internal and external stakeholders to ensure content updates, internal linking architecture, page construction, meta-data content and other factors to improve search engine ranking.
  9. Performance Analysis and Reporting: To track the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using metrics such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI. They analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make recommendations for optimization.
  10. Cross-Functional Collaboration: To collaborate with various departments within the company, including sales, product management, customer service, and IT, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts across the organization.
  11. Lead and execute brand campaigns, initiatives, and activations both online and offline.
  12. Analyze reports, dip sticks, insights from social media comments, internal and external research and recommend the way forward.
  13. Ensure up to date content across all our channels; Updating digital screens, monitor printing and finalization of materials such as posters, banners, brochures and other in our retail channels, indirect channel, sponsored events, activations.
  14. Evaluate campaigns performance on all channels, recommend enhancements and monitor implementation to meet KPIs for better future results and ROI.
  15. Engage and supervise external suppliers, creative agencies and media agencies and ensure on time delivery of projects and deliverables.
