A Global client of mine is seeking a HR Manager for the Gulf region based in Bahrain. You will be working for one of the most well-established names in the industry who work at the cutting edge of technology and innovation.

This is a generalist role with great scope to be an influential figure in the company, as you will play a key role as part of the senior management team. You will have an international remit with the employee group under your responsibility.

This role would ideally be suited to someone who has HR manager experience and has the confidence and gravitas to push a HR agenda through at a senior level. You must have experience in managing at least 8 people in the past. You would also benefit from having worked in a fast-paced company experiencing global growth. You will have the capability and flexibility to switch from operational to strategic level work on a day-to-day basis.
