About The Role

The Digital Performance Trainee will support the digital strategy & performance team by assisting with the measurement, analysis, and optimization of digital campaigns and initiatives.

What We Need From You

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in computer science or IT.
  • Experience: Experience is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Application Development & Support, Data Visualization.

Main Responsibilities

Data Handling And Support

  • Assist in setting up and maintaining digital analytics platforms and performance tracking tools.
  • Support data collection, validation, and entry, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Help integrate data from various sources for seamless reporting.

Performance Analysis & Insights

  • Monitor KPIs and digital metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in developing insights and recommendations to enhance digital strategies.

Collaboration & Strategy Development

  • Work with marketing, product, and business intelligence teams to understand goals and reporting needs.
  • Prepare dashboards, visualizations, and reports for management and stakeholders.

Tool Utilization & Automation

  • Support the use of analytics, engagement, and automation tools.
  • Help optimize reporting processes through automation.

Professional Growth & Industry Awareness

  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Seek learning opportunities and contribute ideas for team improvement.
