Job Description: Digital Marketing Officer (Fresh Graduate)

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote our software solutions.
2. Manage and optimize social media accounts and website content to drive engagement and generate leads.
3. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitors in the accounting industry.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute effective marketing strategies.
5. Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and support customer retention.
6. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve our strategies.
8. Assist in organizing and participating in marketing events and exhibitions.

Job Specification

1. Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques and platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and SEM.
2. Proficient in using digital marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and CMS.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
5. Strong analytical skills to measure and interpret marketing performance metrics.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
7. Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.
