Job Summary:

Alliance Recruitment Agency is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Operations Manager to lead and optimize the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce platform. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless, efficient, and scalable operation while delivering a first-class customer experience. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a data-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ecommerce Operations: Lead all aspects of ecommerce operations, from procurement to delivery, ensuring high levels of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels, manage stock flow, and collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely product delivery.
• Order Fulfillment: Oversee the complete order lifecycle including processing, packaging, shipping, and delivery to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Customer Service Coordination: Work closely with customer service teams to quickly resolve ecommerce-related issues and ensure excellent service delivery.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Build and manage relationships with external vendors, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to streamline operational processes.
• Platform Oversight: Ensure the smooth technical functioning of the ecommerce platform; coordinate with IT/development teams for updates and troubleshooting.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key KPIs such as order accuracy, delivery time, and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement.
• Process Optimization: Continuously identify and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency and elevate the customer experience.
• Budget Oversight: Manage the operations budget effectively, balancing cost efficiency with high service quality.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and safety standards including data protection and ecommerce-specific compliance.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in ecommerce operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, and familiarity with OMS and logistics software.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong skills in Excel and data analysis for performance tracking and decision-making.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive mindset with strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills.
• Detail Orientation: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a high level of accuracy.
