Responsibilities- Lead and develop the team, ensuring all stores are resourced with trained staff.
- Deliver a world-class customer experience in all stores.
- Maintain brand standards.
- Grow sales to achieve targets and drive L4L sales.
- Manage P&L performance, achieving budgeted labour, margin, and PBIT ratios.
- Monitor goals and targets proactively, acting on deviations and updating forecasts as needed.
- Initiate, implement, and analyze projects from financial and commercial perspectives, creating recommendations.
- Utilize tools and reports such as Commercial Review, CSI, Food Safety Audit to develop the business and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company manuals, rules, and guidelines.
- Communicate and promote restaurant goals within the organization.
- Ensure legal compliance and adherence to food safety, HACCP, and labeling standards.
- Oversee compliance with legislative and company requirements related to Quality and Environment.
- Define commercial strategies for retail ranges, including pricing, sourcing, and supply standards.
- Sign off staff training materials and coordinate with the Ops team and Store Managers.
- Train and coach Store Managers using JRMS.
- Support sites with functional questions, ensuring understanding of company concepts, manuals, and guidelines.
- Create and implement pricing strategies based on international and retail guidelines.
- Supervise local competition to ensure competitive pricing across categories.
- Monitor market environment regarding competitors, customer expectations, and trends.
- Ensure business compliance with local legal requirements, safety, and risk management.
- Manage end-to-end BOH and FOH supply chain processes aligned with product offerings.
- Ensure operational controls are in place and maintain wastage at 1%.
- Proven 5-7 years of experience in a similar operations management role, preferably in food and beverage.
- Diploma or relevant education.
- Strong operational P&L management experience, with ability to drive profit across all lines.
- Experience leading a team of diverse functional experts.
- Proven track record of achieving excellence in customer service and brand standards.
- Experience managing a broader supply chain is preferable.
- Essential F&B business experience, understanding profit drivers, health, and safety requirements.
