The Block Kerbing & Paving Engineer is responsible for the planning, design, and execution of paving and kerbing works in infrastructure and road construction projects. This role ensures projects meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations while adhering to engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and supervise kerbing and paving works according to project specifications.
  • Develop layout plans and technical drawings for site implementation.
  • Select suitable materials (e.g., asphalt, concrete, stone) based on project requirements.
  • Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure timely execution.
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Prepare cost estimates, track project budgets, and manage resource allocation.
  • Conduct inspections and resolve technical issues on-site.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in kerbing and paving works.
  • Strong knowledge of road construction techniques and standards.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and civil design software.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
