Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an American Heart Instructor (Heartsaver, BLS, ACLS, & PALS) located in Manama. The instructor will be responsible for delivering American Heart Association (AHA) courses, including Heartsaver, BLS, ACLS, and PALS. Day-to-day tasks will include preparing course materials, conducting training sessions, assessing participant performance, and maintaining certification records. The instructor will also be expected to stay updated with the latest AHA guidelines and ensure high-quality training delivery.

Qualifications

  • Certified instructor for Heartsaver, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • Excellent teaching and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Experience in healthcare or medical training environments
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Relevant certifications and licenses
  • Experience in developing and updating training materials
  • Ability to assess participants' skills and provide constructive feedback
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
