About two years ago, we launched our first "Calo Cafe" unit. We believe there's a huge market for this concept, and we aim to open over 100 stores in the coming years, pioneering this category. Our vision is to create a food experience where health meets speed, style meets substance, and the customer is at the center.

This role is for a visionary designer whose work evokes emotion, creates connection, and breathes life and memory into spaces.

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative Interior Designer to join our Retail Team. You will design and elevate our in-store experience across the region by creating functional, on-brand spaces that reflect our mission of making healthy easy. From flagship stores to seasonal pop-ups, you will bring our spaces to life with creativity, consistency, and a focus on the customer journey. You will also develop concepts for our cafes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and develop interior concepts for new retail locations and pop-up stores
  • Translate brand identity into physical space through layout, materials, lighting, and seating
  • Create detailed floor plans, mood boards, 3D renders, and technical drawings
  • Collaborate with the retail team and contractors
  • Oversee project execution from concept to completion, maintaining quality and brand consistency
  • Ensure compliance with safety, building codes, and standards
  • Prepare presentations for internal approvals and stakeholder alignment
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and sourcing of materials and furnishings
Ideal CandidateQualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in interior design or a relevant field
  • 5-8 years of experience in retail interior design
Knowledge & Competency
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, or other 3D software
  • Strong understanding of design concepts, color theory, and typography
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Project management experience with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Personality
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, creative, and innovative
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to travel within the GCC for on-ground presence
