Responsibilities
  • Account Servicing - Assist the Partnership Manager with day-to-day account servicing, ensuring seamless communication and efficient partner inquiry handling.
  • Lead Identification and Pitching - Support the Partnership Manager in pitching suitable products to potential partners and assist in effective pitching.
  • Commercial Negotiations and Project Management - Participate in negotiations, support onboarding, and ensure smooth technical integration and partnership execution.
  • Relationship Management - Help maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives of high-value partners, fostering long-term collaboration.
  • Internal Collaboration - Work with marketing, product, tech, compliance, legal, and operations teams to facilitate partnership management.
  • Process Improvement - Propose new ideas to enhance internal processes for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Communication skills - Comfortable speaking with clients and stakeholders.
  • Industry Knowledge - Able to identify and initiate conversations with key local industry players.
  • Crypto and Blockchain Knowledge - Basic understanding and interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
  • Language Requirement - Bilingual in English and Arabic; additional Portuguese is a plus.
  • Work Ethics - Disciplined, independent worker.
  • Educational Background - Polytechnic or university graduate; prior work experience preferred.
  • Knowledge on APIs - Familiarity with APIs is highly desirable.
