Handyman for Residential Property in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our residential property maintenance team in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our properties. Responsibilities: Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address any maintenance issues Perform various repairs such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting Replace faulty or damaged appliances and fixtures Install new appliances or fixtures as needed Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of properties Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies Communicate with property owners or managers regarding any necessary repairs or maintenance work Follow safety procedures at all times while working on properties Requirements: Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role Knowledge of basic repair techniques in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects if needed Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with minimum supervision Must be able to communicate effectively in English High school diploma or equivalent Salary: We are offering a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this full-time position. Location: This job is located in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. Work Schedule: This is a full-time job that requires flexibility in working hours. Some weekends may be required based on the needs of the properties.
