Senior Marketing Officer This role focuses on executing robust on-ground marketing activities, including community events, activations, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives that reflect and celebrate the vibrant cultural diversity of Bahrain. Reporting directly to the Lead Country Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will ensure these activities are seamlessly integrated into Floward's overall marketing strategy, emphasizing local cultural nuances. This position is ideal for individuals skilled in orchestrating impactful offline marketing campaigns that solidify a tangible brand presence and foster deep community engagement in Bahrain. Job Responsibilities: Event Planning and Execution: Oversee the planning and execution of community events and activations, ensuring they align with Floward's brand values and meet strategic marketing goals. Offline Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement offline marketing campaigns that effectively engage the local community and enhance brand visibility. Cultural and CSR Initiatives: Design and lead CSR projects and marketing campaigns that resonate with the local community, showcasing the unique cultural heritage of Bahrain. Direct Reporting and Strategic Alignment: Work directly under the guidance of the Country Head to align on-ground marketing efforts with the broader marketing strategy. Local Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with local influencers, partners, and community leaders to enhance Floward's market presence and community integration. Qualifications and Needed Experience: Experience: 4-6 years of relevant marketing experience, particularly in event planning, campaign coordination, and execution within Bahrain or similar markets. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is an added advantage. Skills: Fluency in English and Arabic, with a strong understanding of the cultural nuances specific to Bahrain. Proven ability in planning and executing large-scale events, coupled with robust organizational and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively across various teams, ensuring alignment with central marketing strategies on both digital and creative fronts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, critical for cultivating relationships with a diverse array of stakeholders and partners. A dynamic and innovative approach to marketing, capable of adapting strategies to meet the unique challenges and opportunities of the local market.
